How do I buy?

The easy way to buy is through our online store. Select the products you wish to buy, select the quantity, add to your shopping cart and follow the simple instructions through to payment. To view our step by step guide – How to Buy click here.

How long will my delivery take?

Unless you have been notified by Relaxation Zone that your order will be delayed, you should receive your order within 7 working days of placing your order. If you have any questions about your delivery, please email info@relaxationzone.co.uk

How do I get a refund?

It is unusual that any of our customers are unhappy with the products we supply. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way with the product you have purchased, you can return it to Relaxation Zone and we will refund your money in full. Products must be returned to the Relaxation Zone within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
