Relaxation Zone Guarantee

It is unusual that any of our customers are unhappy with the products we supply. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way with the product you have purchased, you can return it to Relaxation Zone and we will refund your money in full. Products must be returned to Relaxation Zone within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
Some products we provide include a manufacturer’s guarantee. Please refer to the individual product for details regarding this.

Delivery

Unless Relaxation Zone Limited has notified you that your order will be delayed, you should receive your order within seven (7) working days of placing your order. Although you can place an order with the Web site from anywhere in the world we currently ONLY deliver to addresses within the UK.
If you currently live outside the UK and you want us to deliver a gift to someone living within the UK, simply ensure you provide us their delivery address in the checkout process.
